What is planned?

The Council has under consideration the following application:
Ref: DMPA/2026/0356 (Major Development & the Setting of a Listed Building) Extension of the existing car park, new classroom & new agricultural building for educational use & associated works at Pegasus School, Main Steet, Caldwell
Ref: DMPA/2026/0442 (Affects a Conservation Area) The installation of new windows, a door & reinstatement of a boundary wall & fence at 12 High Steet, Swadlincote
Refs: DMPA/2026/0505 & 0641 (Affects a Listed Building) Installation of 2 external air conditioning units & 3 external Air Source heat pumping at Longdon Park School, Hilton Road, Egginton
Ref: DMPA/2026/0546 (Affects a Conservation Area) Retention of a single storey front extension to provide additional bar area & covered external seating at The Dragon, 11 The Green, Willington
Ref: DMPA/2026/0498 (Major Development) Battery Energy Storage System with associated infrastructure at Land at SK3129 6339, Frizams Lane, Willington
Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays)
This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
