NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE BOROUGH COUNCIL AND THE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:-
Plan No : 2026/0239
Location : Land Off Hayden Lane Linby Nottinghamshire
Proposal : 131 dwellings with access from Delia Avenue and Dorothy Avenue - Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission 2022/0501 (approved documents) to update plans to reflect new house types, including housing mix for private dwellings, minor alterations to finished floor levels, additional boundary treatment, bin collection points and cycle storage.
In the opinion of the Borough Council this proposal may materially affect the appearance or character of the Conservation Area.
A copy of this application and documents submitted with it may be inspected at the Civic Centre, Arnot hill Park, Arnold, Nottingham during normal working hours, or on the Council’s website at http://www.gedling.gov.uk. during the period of 14 days beginning with the date of this notice.
Any person who wishes to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the undersigned within the same period.
