In accordance with the above, notice is hereby given that application(s) have been made to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council for permission to carry out the following proposal(s):-
26/00456/FLH - 10 Pikes Hill, Epsom, Surrey - Loft conversion/ roof extension with rear dormer and 2no. roof windows to front elevation roof slope.
26/00467/FUL - 1 Diston Mansions, Chalk Lane, Epsom - The proposal relates to the replacement of nine timber sliding sash windows and one door at the basement level. The works comprise the removal of the existing single glazed sashes, and the installation of new timber sashes incorporating heritage slimline double glazing. The existing door will also be replaced with a new timber door of similar design.
