Reason: Major Development & Departure from the Development Plan.
26/0534/REM/CF: Lands To The South Of Aldenham Reservoir, Watford Road, Elstree. Application for the approval of reserved matters relating to appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for the erection of three new commercial buildings including ancillary office space (Use class E / B2 / B8), drainage infrastructure, landscaping, new vehicular access and associated provision of car and cycle parking and all associated works, pursuant to outline planning permission reference 22/147/OUT. Reason: Major Development.
26/0529/FUL/MV: Land At Henley Grange 43 London Road, Shenley, WD7 9ER. Phased development for the construction of two detached dwellings with attached garages, a private padel court and associated seating area, new road access, and landscaping. Reason: Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householded planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
