I give notice that Willshee’s Waste and Recycling Ltd has submitted to Derbyshire County Council further and other information to an environmental statement that accompanies the above planning application to consolidate the existing permissions and for retrospective approval of unauthorised development within and adjacent to the site together with other material amendments.

The submitted further and other information consists of:
- Noise Monitoring and Assessment (22nd April 2026)
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, or at the Planning Department, South Derbyshire District Council, Civic Offices, The Grove, Swadlincote during reasonable hours until 2 September 2024. Hard copies of the Environmental Statement (ES) are available for a charge of £150 or £10 on CD (including VAT) from AC Environmental Consulting Ltd, Environment House, Werrington Road, Bucknall, Stoke on Trent ST2 9AF.

Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this further information or any other information should do so by 23 June 2026,
- by writing to the Strategic Director of Economy, Transport and Environment, at the County Council postal address given above,
- by email to: planningrepresentations@derbyshire.gov.uk, or
- by using the facility for representations about current planning applications available on the Council’s website www.derbyshire.gov.uk.
