The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Right of Way, a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

26/P/00470 Little Hurlands, Puttenham Heath Road, Puttenham, Listed Building Consent for the replacement of windows and doors. 

26/P/00556 The Old Rectory, The Street, Compton, Guildford, Listed Building Consent for the installation of secondary glazing to 17 internal windows, together with the installation of a wood burning stove. 

26/P/00596 85 Addison Road, Guildford, GU1 3QE Conversion of attached garage into habitable accommodation together with alterations to existing façade at ground level. 

26/P/00599 12 Kings Road, Shalford, Listed building Consent for the replacement of missing/damaged titles to matching existing roofing.

26/P/00603 Eastbury Farm Cottage, Eastbury Lane, Compton, Single storey side extension together with changes to fenestration following demolition of porch.

26/P/00608 Glebe House, Church Lane, Worplesdon, Certificate of lawfulness for existing building work to confirm that planning permission 99/P/01819 (Appendix 1) was implemented within the statutory three-year time frame and is therefore extant, allowing the construction of the garage to continue lawfully. 

26/P/00653 4 Malthouse Cottages, Goose Green, Gomshall, Listed building consent for the erection of a single storey rear orangey following the removal of existing timber conservatory.
