Ref no: PL/2026/0000409/FUL Address: 14 Canal View, Coventry, CV1 4LQ Proposal: Change of use of dwelling house from Class C3 (dwelling house) to Class C4 (house in multiple occupation) to accommodate up to 5 occupants in 5 bedrooms.
