NOTICE OF PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION PUBLIC EVENT

Proposal: Erection of circa 50 new homes with associated landscaping, parking and services

Location: Land at Charlesfield Lane, Livingston

Dundas Estates & Development Co Ltd will hold a public event between 6.00pm and 8.30pm on Wednesday, 3 June 2026 in Livingston Village Community Education Centre, Livingston Village Primary School, North Kirkton Lane, Livingston, EH54 7EQ. Representatives of Dundas will be in attendance to discuss the proposal, answer questions and listen to views.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal may do so at the above event and/or by writing/emailing Dundas no later than 10 days following the event.

Please note that this Notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments submitted at this stage must be sent to Dundas Estates and Development Co Ltd and are not representations to West Lothian Council. Following this consultation exercise, should Dundas submit a planning application, an opportunity to make representations to the Council will be available at that time.
