2026/0298/LBC Listed Building Consent - Removal of all existing windows and their replace with traditionally detailed timber windows designed to accurately reflect the buildings fenestration. Removal of french doors and replaced with like for like timber at Hawarden, Southport Road, Scarisbrick. Application affects a Listed Building.
2026/0345/FUL Proposed single storey rear infill extensions to square off existing rooms, new/extended dormers with pitched roofs including feature window to front elevation and Juliet Balcony to the rear at 68A Chorley Road, Hilldale. The application affects a Conservation Area.
