The Listed Buildings And Conservation Area Regulations 1990

The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area

Application No: 2026/00578/FUL

Application Type: Full Planning

Location: Fifty Three Degrees North, 83 - 85 Bridge Street, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 2HP

Proposal: Internal and external amendments to the existing building, change of use and sub-division of the ground floor to create four units and change of use of upper floors to hotel accommodation. Refurbishment works, including replacement windows, new shop front (Bridge Street) and new roof on entrance on Academy Way

Applicant: NMT Entertainment Ltd
