Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

26/0559/HSE/LR:

26 The Grove, Radlett, WD7 7NF. Part single, part two storey side and rear extension, first floor rear extension, erection of pool and outbuilding in rear garden, alterations to hard and soft landscaping, additional vehicular front entrance and alterations to fenestration. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/0104/VOC/LP:

5 Summerhouse Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8DL. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) to allow for alternative external materials and insertion of additional roof light following grant of planning permission 25/0781/FUL. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/0550/VOC/LP:

Land West Of Hilfield Lane, Aldenham. Application for the Variation of Conditions 3 (limit) and 4 (decommissioning) following the grant of planning permission reference 25/0153/FUL (appeal reference APP/N1920/W/25/3368845) for the proposed development of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) including ancillary works and access arrangements. Variation of conditions would allow extension of the limit of the operational life of the BESS to 40 years. Reason: Major Development, Contrary to Development Plan, Affecting a ProW and Affecting the setting of a listed building.

26/0586/FUL/BKA:

Woodland Lodge Guide Hut, Scrubbits Park Road, Radlett, WD7 8JN. Replacement of existing doors to Guide Hut. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/0581/VOC/CE:

Garages To Rear Of 23 To 25 Park Road And Land To The Rear Of 38 To 40 Watling Street, Radlett. Variation of condition 2 (plans) to allow for carport canopy over approved surface parking spaces, alterations to boundary works and alterations to roof following the grant of planning permission reference 25/0195/FUL. Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
