PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
26H/1287 - 32 Heywood Road (15) Applicant Mrs Mellor. To replace the existing windows to the front.
26F/1117 - Land between Eastfield and Eastcroft, Palmerston Road (18) Applicant Sandy Hewson. To erect 2 no. single storey dwellings with associated landscaping and parking.
26H/1371- 39 Woolton Street (25). Applicant Mr Hugh Mantle. To carry out replacement of existing windows to front and rear elevations.

26F/1236 - Redbridge High School, 179 Long Lane (9) Applicant Alan Jackson, Liverpool City Council Capital Projects Team. To vary conditions 1, 4, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14 attached to application reference 20F/1494 (Full planning permission for the retention of existing school buildings and hard landscaped areas (including site access/ egress, car parking, circulation, informal play areas, MUGAs and boundary treatments) together with proposed works comprising the formation of external playground works, partial site reprofiling (within existing areas of soft landscaping) and associated landscape works) so as to amend the wording of the stated conditions.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 11th June 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
