Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2026/00568/PLAHH: HEADLEY HALL HEADLEY GROVE HEADLEY KT18 6NR: Demolition of existing double garage and erection of replacement garage with flat roof.
MO/2026/00582/PLAHH: 19 CHURCH STREET DORKING RH4 1DW: Relocation of existing rear doorway by 500mm with all materials to match existing and new sash window.
MO/2026/00591/PLAHH: HORSE CHESTNUT COTTAGE POST HOUSE LANE GREAT BOOKHAM KT23 3EA: Erection of single storey rear extension, alteration to boundary to incorporate land within the adjoining property of Cedar Cottage and erection of tool shed in extended garden area.
