The following Proposals are the subject of an application submitted to the Council.
Proposal Affecting A Listed Building Or A Building Of Special Architectural Or Historic Interest
26/01091/LBC - The Old Granary, Church End, Barley, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 8JW - Remove part of rear roof light (implemented under refs: 18/02096/FPH and 18/02097/LBC) and introduce a smaller roof light within a new section of zinc roof.
The application details can be viewed on the Council’s web site at: www.north-herts.gov.uk/home/planning. Any person who wishes to make representations about the Proposal should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice.
For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
