NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Manchester City Council intends to dispose of open space land between Dryden Street and Lauderdale Crescent.
The land is 0.2 acres and will be used to build student accommodation housing. The land subject to this notice and described above, is more particularly shown edged green on the deposited plan which may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Alternatively, copies of the documentation may be requested via email at phlegal@manchester.gov.uk
Objections to the intended disposal must be sent to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk so as to be received no later than 14th June 2026.
