The following application/s constitute major development and affects Public Right of Way FP60, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 65 in the Parish of Balderstone and affects the setting of a building in a Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. :-

FOR: Outline application for up to 85 no. residential units with access applied for off A59 Longsight Road. Application number: 3/2026/0078

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision.
