What is planned?
PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC CONSULTATION PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT LAND OFF UPTON LANE, UPTON ST LEONARDS
An application for outline planning permission for a residential development (up to 300 dwellings) associated works, including demolition, infrastructure, open space, landscaping, with vehicular access off Upton Lane, Upton St Leonards is being prepared. As part of this process the views of local people are being sought on the proposals.
A public consultation website has been created which gives information on the proposal and provides an opportunity to discuss and give feedback.
