HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C3226 Sanclêr, Pentywyn, o fan sydd 782 metr i'r gogledd-ddwyrain o'r gyffordd â'r C3228 Talacharn am bellter o 1.5km i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C3226 St Clears, Pendine) 
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C3226 St Clears, Pendine, from a point 782 metres north east of its junction with the C3228 Laugharne, for a distance of 1.5km in a north easterly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for south west bound traffic from a point north east of the closure, will be to proceed along the C3226 St Clears, C3227 St Clears, C3236 Llanddowror, B4314 Red Roses and the C3226 St Clears to return to a point south west of the closure.

Vice versa for north east bound traffic.
The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Openreach conduct poling works.

It is intended that the works commence on 1st June 2026 for 9 days. 

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
