Notice is hereby given of applications which have been submitted to East Lindsey District Council.

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Affects Public Footpath 93. Erection of a timber shed to house a golf simulator and demolition of existing dog kennel and run. The Paddock, Sloothby High Lane, Sloothby. Mrs S Ralph, (00611/26/FUL). 

Affects Public Footpath 117. Extensions and alterations to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation. Butterbump, Harrington Road, Brinkhill. Mr & Mrs Peacock, (00698/26/FUL).

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Development of a Listed Building. Removal of section of damaged low-level stone wall and iron railing which forms part of a listed building and replacement with hedgerow. Hainton Hall, Church Lane, Hainton. Christopher Heneage Farms, (00519/26/FUL).

Affects setting of a Listed Building. Change of use, extension and alterations to former public house to provide a dwelling. Erection of a detached garage, demolition of part of existing building and construction of a vehicular access (works completed). The Outback, Sea Dyke Way, Marshchapel. Mrs A Diesch, (02569/25/FUL). 

In determining an application the Local Planning Authority will take into account representations relating to the applications which are received by them. Any response you make is open to public inspection and will also appear on the Council's website in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, even if marked 'Private and Confidential'.

In the event that an appeal is made against a planning decision of the Council, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure, any representations made to the Council about an application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
