Swallow Drive - Notice of Intends to Dispose of the Following Areas of Open Space

Notice is hereby given that East Lindsey District Council intends to dispose of the following areas of open space: Three areas of land at Swallow Drive, Wragby, Lincolnshire Copies of plans showing the approximate position of the affected land, and this Notice, may be inspected online at www.e-lindsey.gov.uk/article/21281/Public-Open-Spaces.
The area of land may be considered to be open space for the purposes of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 for which public notice of the intended disposal must be given.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Property Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6PH or by email to: pos@e-lindsey.gov.uk by no later than 12:00pm noon on 12th June 2026.
The grounds for any objection should be stated.
