The basement features a cross beam running between the wine cellar & an adjacent store. A section of this beam has decayed, & the proposed works are to ensure that the structural integrity remains. 26/00307/LB – 24 Old Road East Peckham Tonbridge Kent TN12 5ER – Mr David Evans is applying for Listed Building Application: Reduce the size of the garage to provide off road parking for two cars. The works would include removing the main up & over garage door, taking a side wall back to be in line with the existing garden wall, building a new garage pier, reducing the size of the roof to fi t. Installing a new up & over door to match Strettitt Place’s garage doors, & refelting the garage roof. Fit an electric vehicle charging point onto the existing garden wall. Reason: LB
