Rhoddaf hysbysiad drwy hyn fod: Peter Ivanyi yn gwneud cais i Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent am ganiatâd cynllunio ar gyfer newid defnydd o’r safle o amaethyddol i Ddatblygiad Un Blaned gan gynnwys codi annedd effaith isel oddi ar y grid, 2 dŷ gwydr walipini, sied tanc dŵr, trawsnewid rhan o ysgubor peiriannau, tyrbin gwynt bach, estyniadau traciau ac arwyneb caled (cadw’n rhannol) a seilwaith draenio a gwaith cysylltiedig.

Nid yw’r datblygiad arfaethedig yn cydymffurfio gyda darpariaethau’r cynllun datblygu sydd mewn grym yn yr ardal lle mae’r tir y gwneir y cais amdano.

Dylai unrhyw un sy’n dymuno cyflwyno sylwadau am y cais hwn ysgrifennu at y Cyngor yn y cyfeiriad e-bost dilynol: planning@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk neu at y Swyddfeydd Cyffredinol, Heol Gwaith Dur, Glynebwy, NP23 6DN o fewn 21 diwrnod o’r dyddiad ar waelod yr hysbysiad hwn, gan roi cyfeirnod y cais P/2026/0068.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING
(DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012

Development at: Cwm Farm Oak Road, Tanglewood, Blaina, Abertillery, Blaenau Gwent, NP13 3JX.

I give notice that: Peter Ivanyi is applying to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council for planning permission for Change of use of the site from agricultural to One Planet Development including erection of off-grid low-impact dwelling, 2 
no. walipini greenhouses, water tank shed, conversion of part of machinery barn, mini wind turbine, extensions of tracks and hardstanding (part retention) and drainage infrastructure and associated works.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application land is situated.

Anyone who wishes to submit comments about this application should write to the Council at the following email address: planning@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk or to General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN within 21 days from the date at the bottom of this notice, quoting the application ref no. P/2026/0068.

Please note that whilst correspondence and information can be deposited at the reception desk at the General Offices, a meeting with an officer or representative from the Planning Department is strictly by appointment only.
