Great Yarmouth Borough Council has received the following planning application for development in the Borough, which is hereby advertised.
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (Article 15).
THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
(1) Departure (2) Affects a Conservation Area
• Land to the East of Marsh Road and South of Rye Gardens, Fleggburgh; Construction of a detached bungalow, with associated garage and driveway. Application No 06/26/0313/F (1)
• 77 Regent Road, Great Yarmouth; Proposed installation of a roller shutter at the front of the shop. Application No 06/26/0171/F (2)

All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the Councils website, and will be referred to the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.
