DC/26/1515/LBC – Listed Building Consent – Replacement of defective timber beam over first-floor window on rear elevation at 2 Old Market, Beccles.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area Listed Building

DC/26/1349/LBC – Listed Building Consent – I would like to move my Kitchen doorway about 3 foot to the right, so that it is in the centre of my kitchen wall, rather than to one side. This will allow for a more usable space with a galley style kitchen and allow more light into the hallway through out the kitchen window. The existing kitchen wall is a timber stud/partition construction, is not load bearing, and I believe it was a later addition to the property made in the 60/70s.

I fully intend to re-use the existing doorway mouldings and skirting boards, in order that the new doorway is near identical at Flat 2, 10 High Street, Wangford.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area Listed Building

DC/26/1276/FUL – Retrospective application for single storey rear extension, Terraced Garden, Boundary Fencing and Change of use of part building from Class E(C)(ii) to Residential C3 at 53 High Street, Lowestoft.
