The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building
1. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for erection of first floor extension and external ramp at The Vicarage, 150, Huddersfield Road, Meltham, Holmfirth. Application Nos. 2026/91057 & 2026/91144.
The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building
2. Raising of roof height and alterations to convert existing agricultural barn to create dwelling forming annex accommodation associated with Netherwood Farm, Netherwood Lane, Marsden, Huddersfield, and erection of single storey extension at Netherwood Farm, Netherwood Lane, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/90533.
3. Erection of two storey and first floor side extensions and formation of parking area with associated works at 3, Lower Rotcher, Rotcher Lane, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/90926.
4. Demolition of existing garages and erection of leisure annex with associated external alterations at adj, 60, Cowrakes Road, Oakes, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/90929.
