I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:

2 Grange Avenue Benton Newcastle Upon Tyne – APPLICATION NO: 26/00656/FULH
Mr Ian Thompson is applying for planning permission for Proposed demolition of existing garage and construction of new single storey rear/side extension.

Attic conversion with dormer to rear and 1no. rooflight and 2no. rooflights to front.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in≈writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

A&J Keith Ltd is applying for planning permission for Removal of condition 4 (approved parking layout) and variation of condition 5 (refuse storage) of planning approval 14/01349/FUL in order to enable the existing parking area to be used for the storage of waste containers.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the setting of a listed building.

Winslow Court Landlords Association Limited is applying for planning permission for The dismantling and removal of the existing steel access walkway structure to the enclosed courtyard of the apartment block and, the erection of a new galvanised steel structure with zinc covered canopy roof.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
