I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
2 Grange Avenue Benton Newcastle Upon Tyne – APPLICATION NO: 26/00656/FULH
Mr Ian Thompson is applying for planning permission for Proposed demolition of existing garage and construction of new single storey rear/side extension.
Attic conversion with dormer to rear and 1no. rooflight and 2no. rooflights to front.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in≈writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
