NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(1A) AND 15(3) - APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Proposed development at Land to the North of South Godstone RH8 9NS.

I give notice that Regency & Co is applying to Tandridge District Council for “Residential development (Use Class C3) comprising up to 500 dwellings along with up to 2,400 sq.m (GIA) of Commercial, Business & Services floorspace (Use Class E), up to 600sqm (GIA) of Local Community Floorspace (Use Class F2), associated parking; landscaping and public open space, SuDS and flood alleviation measures and highways alterations. (Outline application with all matters reserved save for access). Environmental Statement included.”

The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development to which the application relates affects heritage assets, climate change and greenhouse gas emissions, ecology and biodiversity, landscape and visual impact, noise and vibration, socio economics and traffic and movement.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. Members of the public may inspect copies of:
• the planning application
• the plans
• the Environmental Statement
• and other documents submitted with the application
at the Council Offices, Station Road East, Oxted, RH8 0BT, at all reasonable hours until 15 June 2026.

Members of the public may obtain a hard or digital copy of the Environmental Statement from Temple Group Ltd, Temple Chambers, 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0DA at a charge of £500.00 plus delivery where applicable.
