NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
The following applications have been received by the Council:
P26/0302 – The Occupier for Erection of 37 no. dwellings with new access off Ranscombe Drive, with associated works and landscaping at Garden Walk Stadium, Garden Walk, Lower Gornal, Dudley, West Midlands, DY3 2NR
The following application is being advertised as it affects the line of a Public Right of Way
P26/0383 – The Occupier for Outline Applications for the erection of up to 4 no. dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. (All matters reserved) at Land adj to 33, Cochrane Road, Dudley, DY2 0SF
P26/0428 – The Occupier for Proposed conversion to 30 residential apartments with associated works and elevational changes (part retrospective) at The Claughton Centre, Blowers Green Road, Dudley, DY2 8UZ
P26/0464 – The Occupier for Change of use of the Ground Floor from a convenience store (Class E) to an Adult Gaming Centre (sui generis) and elevational alterations at 118, High Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1DT
P26/0468 – The Occupier for Variation of Condition 13 (Restriction on Hours of Operation) of Planning Permission P24/0756, to allow operations between the hours of 06:00 and 22:00 on Mondays to Fridays; 08:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays; and on Sundays and Bank Holidays, operations shall be limited to internal warehouse activities only between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00, and
shall occur on no more than one Sunday or Bank Holiday in any calendar month at Hayley Group PLC (SITE 3), Shelah Road, Halesowen, B63 3XL

P26/0380 – The Occupier for Outline Planning Application for the construction of up to 557 dwellings, to include public open space, allotments, pedestrian and cycle links, school drop off area, a Shop (Use Class E), a Community Room (Use Class F1), landscaping and associated works/infrastructure (All Matters Reserved other than Access) at Land at The Triangle, Swindon Road, Wall Heath, Kingswinford
