2026/0289/FUL Proposed Erection of a Block of 7no Commercial Units (1no B8 unit above 6no flexible use units for B2/Eg/B8 with ancillary retail) at Land At Blackthorn House, Skull House Lane, Appley Bridge.
2026/0319/LDC Certificate of Lawfulness - Change of use of land from agricultural to residential use and the development of a domestic outbuilding at 58C Roby Mill, Up Holland. The application affects a Conservation Area.
2026/0338/FUL Remodelling of dwellinghouse, including two-storey side extension following demolition of existing extension at Koshara House, Hollin House Green, Back Lane, Aughton. The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Acts 1981 applies.
