Land adjacent to 65 Sele Road, Town of Hertford, County of Hertfordshire (the Land)
Notice is hereby given that East Hertfordshire District Council (the Council) intends to dispose the Land.
The Land was transferred to the Council under the Local Government Act 1972, as successors to Hertford Borough Council. The Council is permitted to dispose of vacant land under The General Consent for the Disposal of Land Housing Acts 2013.
The Land is now designated in the Council’s District Plan as public open space.
A map showing the extent of the land to be disposed of can be viewed at the Council Offices by appointment) Wallfields, Pegs ane, Hertford, Herts SG13 8EQ and on the Council’s website at www.eastherts.gov.uk.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: East Hertfordshire District Council, Wallfields, Pegs Lane, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG13 8EQ by no later than midday on 29th May 2026.
