D A Harrison is applying for Planning Permission at Land adjacent to Goodyhills, Mawbray, CA15 6QX for Planning application for a new sand quarry at Goodyhills with access improvements to the C2019 and the B5301 roads. (Ref. 2/25/9001)

The above application which is accompanied by an Environmental Statement and was received on 3 March 2025. Further/additional information has been submitted and is available in relation to an environmental statement which has already been provided. A copy of the additional/further information of the Environmental Statement which relates to the application may be inspected by members of the public at all reasonable hours (via previously arranged appointment) at Allerdale House, New Bridge Road, Workington CA14 3YJ, or online at planning.cumbria.gov.uk no later than by 15 June 2026.

Copies of the further/additional information can be obtained so long as stocks last for a cost of £25 from the agent for the application Mr Peter Stephenson of Stephenson Halliday, 30-32 Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 4DH or via email to peter@stephenson-halliday.com.
