Against the enforcement notice(s) served by Lake District National Park Authority.
The notice(s) allege(s): Without planning permission, the making of a material change of use from agriculture to a mixed use of agriculture, commercial timber processing, the fabrication of timber buildings and furniture and the storage of timber, vehicles and domestic items with associated operational development to erect a timber building and install an access track and areas of hardstanding, without the grant of planning permission.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal(s).
