Proposed development at: 6, 7 & 8 High Street, Thame, OX9 2BU.
Take notice that the application is being made by Mr G Weston.
A Section 73 application for the: Removal of conditions no.5 and no.6, in order to provide BNG fully off-site, rather than partial on-site provision. Relating to the approved application: P25/S0868/FUL: Redevelopment, including partial demolition of existing building and construction of new building to rear, for a mixed use development including commercial units (Use Class E) and nine new apartments.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE.
Any owner of the land or any tenant who wishes to make representation about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
Statement of owners’ rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.
‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest in the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
