The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

2026/1031 STRATTON STRAWLESS, Hall Farm, Parish Road – Change of use of agricultural land to provide log drying kiln and associated storage for cutting of logs

2026/0754 BOOTON, Land Adj, The Grove – Installation of post construction field drainage to support the operation of the Hornsea Project Three onshore export cable route (EIA Development).

2026/0317 HEYDON, Earle Arms Inn, The Street – Removal of conservatory and erection of oak framed pergola, outbuilding repairs and door replaced, repairs and rebuilding of shed, addition of kitchen extractor and wood burner flue to roof. Internal window replacement with horizontal sliding sash, removal of brick inserts and new hearth to fireplace, replace failed ceilings, new concrete pad with two new LPG gas tanks and 1.8-metre-high screen fencing.

All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website.
