Notice under Article 15 (3) Application for Planning Permission accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Proposed development at OS Parcel 4924 Adjoining And North Of, Begbroke Lane, Begbroke (26/00734/OUT)

I give notice that on 23 March 2026 Cherwell District Council received an application for planning permission for “Outline planning application with all matters reserved except for means of access to the site, for an employment-led development (including demolition of existing structures and associated hardstanding) comprising up to 93,000sqm of employment floorspace (comprising some or all Use Class B2, B8 and/or E) with associated car parking, provision of an education facility (Use Class F1) with associated car parking, provision of amenity building (Use Class E and/or F2) and sport and recreation facilities with associated car parking, creation of new access and junction on Langford Lane, creation of new public open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure and earthworks”, and the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

The proposal constitutes “major” development and the proposed development would, in the opinion of the Council, affect a Public Right Of Way and not accord with the provisions of the development plan in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated

Members of the public may inspect copies of:

• the application and plans

• the environmental statement

• and other documents submitted with the application

at Cherwell District Council offices, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 5FD between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Details of the application are available to view through the Council’s website via the Online Planning Service at https://planningregister.cherwell.gov.uk/.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the application and the Environmental Statement by prior appointment from Bloombridge LLP & Blenheim Estate, Bloombridge LLP & Blenheim Estate. There may be a cost involved for obtaining a copy of the environmental statement.
