TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.9) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of an area of unnamed highway leading off School Lane at Lea Marston, Sutton Coldfield in the Borough of North Warwickshire. This is to enable development as permitted by North Warwickshire Borough Council under reference PAP/2024/0050.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO6724381). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Coleshill Town Hall, High Street, Coleshill, Warwickshire, B46 3BG.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 14 May 2026.
