Small for planning permission to Variation to condition 2 of planning permission P/HOU/2025/03475 to raise existing roof elevation to create porch and two-storey extension; replace garage to amend design of small dormer window on the south-west elevation from a flat roof to a pitched roof; adding a side pedestrian door to the detached replacement garage; change of roof material to slate.
Application submitted to Dorset Council, Development Management, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1XJ.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
