Proposed development at: Former Brincliffe Nursery Bath Road Keynsham Bath And North East Somerset 

I give notice that Aldi Stores Limited is applying to B&NES Council for planning permission for Full planning application for demolition of existing buildings and construction of new foodstore (Use Class E) together with associated works including parking, sub-station, access, landscaping and highway.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

The application, plans and documents can be inspected at https://www.bathnes.gov.uk/webforms/planning/ and alternatively at One Stop Shops, 3-4 Manvers Street in Bath, Keynsham Civic Centre, Market Walk in Keynsham and The Hollies in Midsomer Norton during opening hours.

Representations about this application can be made online or in writing to Planning Services, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JG quoting application number 24/02029/FUL by the 05-Jun 26.
