NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land at 46-50 Gorst Road, 31-37 Park Royal Road, and servicing yard on Standard Road, London, NW10 7LQ (Planning Reference: 26/0027/FUMOPDC) I give notice that HT Drinks Ltd is applying to the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation for planning permission to carry out the following development:
Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a building at 46-50 Gorst Road for use as an extension to the existing warehouse (Use Class B8) at 31-37 Park Royal Road, with provision of ancillary offices/facilities on first floor and an internal servicing area for loading/unloading via two roller shutters fronting Gorst Road; modifications to the entrances and front yard on Standard Road to provide vehicle parking, landscaping and outdoor amenity space; and other associated works.
