The following is a list of planning applications in the Borough advertised under Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and in accordance with all other relevant statutory requirements arising pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) and the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2015 (as amended) and The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017.

Location: The Forest Tavern, 173 - 175 Forest Lane, Forest Gate, London, E7 9BB - Extension of the upper floors (first and second), to provide a total of 14 B&B guest rooms (Use Class C1) and installation of external staircase at the rear to access the upper floor. (This application is affecting the setting of the Forest Gate conservation area).
