Proposed development at: Plot H, Sister (Charles Street Multi-Storey Car Park), Charles Street, Manchester, M1 7AR

Take notice that application is being made by: RG Real Estate Ltd, ID Manchester Ltd and The University of Manchester, C/o Deloitte LLP, 100 Embankment, Cathedral Approach, Manchester, M3 7FB

For planning permission to: Erection of three interconnected blocks (T1, T2 and T3) of 8, 10 and 38 storeys including ground, plus basement and plant, comprising purpose-built student accommodation with ancillary internal amenity space (Sui Generis - PBSA) and flexible commercial uses (Use Class E); landscaping works, highways, access, servicing, infrastructure and other associated works.

This notice is for publication in a local newspaper. ‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
