All applications are available for viewing at the Council Offices or via the Council’s website: http://planning.welhat.gov.uk. Representation must be made within 21 days of this notice. Representation received will be made public.
The Council gives warning pursuant to its powers under section 225 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, that it will remove or obliterate any placard displayed illegally within the administrative boundaries of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.

The Following Applications Have Been Submitted To The Council: -

6/2026/0571/LB - Proposed secondary double glazing at: 7-15 Park Street, Hatfield.

6/2026/0690/LB - Repair & replacement of existing roof tiles, the removal of one existing Velux rooflight & the replacement of two other Velux rooflights, rebuilding of an existing chimney reconstructed to match the form of the adjacent chimney on the same elevation at: Wytmead, Essendon Hill, Essendon, Hatfield.

6/2026/0733/FULL - Erection of two dwellings together with car parking & landscaping following the demolition of existing bungalow at: Tylersley Farm, Tylers Causeway, Newgate Street, Hertford.

6/2026/0756/HOUSE - Proposed single storey rear extension & a garage conversion at: 43 Moorlands, WGC.
