Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 27 April 2026 as follows:
26/00357/FUL – Existing storage compound to be used to accommodate a maximum 4 number traveller caravan sites and parking spaces for 6 cars for a maximum period of 2 years complete with temporary self contained utilities and amenities buildings – Derbyshire Dales District Council Store, Watery Lane, Ashbourne (D)
26/00432/OUT – Outline planning permission is sought for the erection of up to 60 no. dwellinghouses with all matters reserved except for access – Land South of Main road, Brailsford (C)(F)(M) (S D)
26/00465/FUL – Proposed construction of a building for use for plant storage and facilities – The Green Hall, Ashbourne Green, Ashbourne (F)(S)
26/00469/FUL – Ground mounted Solar Panels and battery pack in garden – Redmire Gap, Intakes Lane, Turnditch (F)
26/00484/LBALT – Proposed fabric repair, including new stonework, repointing, new windows, lead installation, new rainwater goods and installation of breathable membrane to roof (L)
26/00497/LBALT – Replacement of defective rainwater goods, with cast iron like-for-like alternatives to match existing, gutter brackets to be retained, prepared and redecorated, removal of degraded rubber crumb surfacing within the school play area and replacement with tarmac surfacing and installation of linear drainage channels adjacent to the building – Carsington and Hopton Primary School, School Lane, Carsington (C)(L)
