NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to appropriate land forming part of an open space, namely: LAND FRONTING 139-163 BROMLEY LANE, KINGSWINFORD Containing approximately 0.004 Hectares or thereabouts. A plan showing the land affected may be inspected at the main noticeboard in the main foyer area of The Council House, Priory Road, Dudley, DY1 1HF between 9.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. Monday to Friday. Objections to the proposed appropriation should be sent to me at the under mentioned address, quoting reference: 05036VJ, by no later than Wednesday 10th June.
