For planning permission to: The erection of 174 no. residential dwellings (Use Class C3) including all associated drainage, infrastructure, landscaping and public open space.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Stopford House, Piccadilly, Stockport, SK1 3XE
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
