WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2026/00403: Bardney: Mr M Andrew: 9 Abbey Rd: remove outbuilding & construct outbuilding (affects right of way)
b) WL/2026/00409: Blyton: Mr & Mrs Thompson: Grace Park, Laughton Rd: change of use of land to extend tourism site inc. 2 lakes, siting of 30 holiday lodges, access track & landscaping(major app)
c) WL/2026/00412: Goltho: Mrs A Watson: Harrys Lake (Goltho Lake), Goltho Hall Lane: siting of 2 shepherd's huts and 1 cabin for visitor accommodation. (major app) (affects right of way)
d) WL/2026/00414: South Carlton: Forestry England: Land off Tillbridge Lane: create new access (affects right of way)
e) WL/2026/00416: Gainsborough: Mr R Ewens: Hickman Hill Hotel, Cox's Hill: erect stone archway, garage, storage unit, timber pergolas, & events marquee.
