Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 06/26/00003: Northam Farm Camping And Caravan Park, South Road, Brean, Burnham On Sea, TA8 2SE. Erection of 60No. caravan/lodge bases & associated parking, road network & landscaping. This proposal is a major development.

Application No. 09/26/00008: Land Off A38, Bristol Road And A39, Bath Road And Bounded By M5 Motorway And Railway Line, Bristol Road, Bridgwater. Application to modify Planning Obligation (Section 106 Agreement) dated 2nd July 2010 relating to Planning Permission 09/08/00017 to vary the mortgagee in possession wording. This proposal is a major development.

Application No. 08/26/00030: 14-15 Cornhill, Bridgwater, TA6 3BU. Change of use from Retail (Class E(a)) to an Adult Gaming Centre (Sui Generis) with 24/7 hours operation & alterations to the shopfront. This site lies within a Conservation Area & may affect the setting of a listed building.

Application No. 08/26/00040: 73 Bath Road, Bridgwater, TA6 4PH. Change of use of public house (Sui Generis) to convenience shop (Class E). This application is of public interest.

Comments welcome by 02/06/2026.
