Application to modify Planning Obligation (Section 106 Agreement) dated 2nd July 2010 relating to Planning Permission 09/08/00017 to vary the mortgagee in possession wording. This proposal is a major development.
Application No. 08/26/00030: 14-15 Cornhill, Bridgwater, TA6 3BU. Change of use from Retail (Class E(a)) to an Adult Gaming Centre (Sui Generis) with 24/7 hours operation & alterations to the shopfront. This site lies within a Conservation Area & may affect the setting of a listed building.
Application No. 08/26/00040: 73 Bath Road, Bridgwater, TA6 4PH. Change of use of public house (Sui Generis) to convenience shop (Class E). This application is of public interest.
