What is planned?

NORTH KESTEVEN DISTRICT COUNCIL

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123(2A)

Notice is hereby given that North Kesteven District Council intends to dispose of land having an area of approximately 16 square metres which forms part of an area of open space land at New Street, Helpringham, Lincolnshire.

Copies of plans showing the approximate position of the affected land, and this Notice, may be inspected at the Council’s offices at the address below. The area of land may be considered to be open space for the purposes of section123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 for which public notice of the intended disposal must be given.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing or email and addressed to:-
