Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the following reasons set out below:

Location: Mcdonald's Restaurant 99 High Street Brentwood CM14 4RR
Proposal: Variation of Condition 1 (Business Opening Hours) of application 04/01274/FUL (Variation Of Condition 1 Of Planning Permission Reference Brw/525/93 To Allow Opening Of Premises Between 06:00 Hours And 00:00 Hours Monday To Sunday) to allow for the restaurant to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for outgoing customer deliveries only. The operation of the main restaurant (for eat in and takeaway orders) will remain trading in line with the currenty consented hours.
