Proposed Disposal of public open space at 1 Glendue Grove, Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 8XX

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under section 123 (1), (2A) of the above Act that Stoke-On-Trent City Council intends to dispose of Land described in the schedule below. It is intended that the disposal will be by way of outright sale of the freehold.

Any Objections to the disposal should be made in writing and addressed to Corporate Property, Floor 3, Civic Centre, Glebe Street, ST4 1HH and must be received by no later than 12th June 2026.

SCHEDULE

Approximately 0.0188 acres of Land at 1 Glendue Grove, Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 8XX

A Plan that identifies the precise location of the land in question can be inspected at the civic centre, Glebe Street, Stoke-On Trent, ST4 1HH during normal office hours.
